Tuition Policies

By registering, the parent(s) and student acknowledge and agree to abide by all Seminary rules and expectations, including but not limited to those relating to attendance, dress, use of technology, and appropriate classroom conduct.

All scholarships, financial accommodations, and tuition adjustments are expressly conditioned upon (i) the accuracy and completeness of all financial information provided to the Seminary, (ii) full attendance for the duration of the academic year, and (iii) full compliance with all Seminary rules, policies, and expectations.

All tuition obligations are deemed earned and incurred in full upon acceptance and registration of the student. While installment payment plans may be offered solely as a convenience, the total annual tuition obligation remains fixed and due in full from the time of registration, regardless of whether payments are made in installments.

The parties expressly acknowledge and agree that the Seminary makes substantial financial, administrative, and institutional commitments upon a student’s acceptance and registration, including but not limited to faculty allocation, class composition, and preservation of the School’s academic environment and standards. The parties further acknowledge that damages arising from a student’s withdrawal, non-attendance, or dismissal are difficult or impracticable to accurately calculate.

Accordingly, the parties agree that the full annual tuition constitutes a reasonable and agreed-upon measure of liquidated damages in the event of withdrawal, non-attendance, or breach of this agreement, and is not intended as a penalty. The initial $5,000 received shall be designated as a non-refundable deposit. Refund of tuition (excluding the non-refundable deposit) paid by, or on behalf of, the student shall be made only in the event that written notice of withdrawal is received at least ninety (90) days prior to the start of the academic year. Except as expressly set forth above, all payments made are non-refundable.

Any failure to comply with Seminary rules, policies, or expectations, or any withdrawal, non-attendance, or dismissal of the student for any reason, shall constitute a material breach of this agreement. In the event of such breach, whether initiated by the student or resulting from disciplinary or administrative action by the Seminary, the full annual tuition shall remain immediately due and payable as liquidated damages, and there shall be no entitlement to any refund.

In addition, any material misrepresentation or omission regarding a family’s financial circumstances shall render any scholarship or tuition adjustment void ab initio, and the full, undiscounted tuition amount shall become immediately due and payable. Parents are solely responsible for tracking all payments; any overpayment will be deemed a charitable donation and not refunded unless specifically requested in a timely fashion.

Kindly note that, consistent with Seminary policy, transcripts, report cards, and any end-of-year records or official documentation will not be released until all financial obligations have been satisfied in full.
